The year is 2039, The Ultimate crime fighting duo, General Elizabeth Azure, also know as "Sky" and Her right hand back up State Marshal Xenovia Riva, CodeName "Mondragon". These two have had their ups and downs when they first met and reunited as a team. Xenovia was once used as vessel for an alien called Geneva who slowly brain washed her into getting jealous and violently killing Azure's lover Alex. From that event, Azure reimagined herself and turned herself into acrobatic fighting machine called Sky. Xenovia went through a transformation herself when alien parasite inside of her turned her into Reptile like creature who was obsessed with trying to kill anything that stood in her way. Xenovia and Sky soon ran into each other through an Hero who was already in a fight with Xenovia but was Sky's Trainee. Ever since these two duked it out countless times nearly killing each other. Sometime later, Xenovia encountered an unknown villain like herself who had a strange control over her body. The mysterious figure then shot her with some kind of beam that did the unthinkable. The Parasite Geneva gained it's own mind then ripped itself out of Xenovia's body claiming that her assistance was no longer required. Xenovia was left on the ground bleeding from her pours and previously opened scars. Her mind in a flash was rest to the date where her and Azure's friendship was at it's peak. Then the guilt came in making her very depressed. She turned herself in to the Presque Authorities. Everyone was on edge that the very person that turned them evil 3 years earlier had returned. Sky on the other hand was furious that Azure had returned. But she had no time complain because there were riots going on in the streets. Later, The Riots became out of hand and the Presque building was attacked. Everyone was evacuated except Xenovia who was still locked up in her cell. Though the cell door was open, Xenovia still felt too guilty to leave. But when things went out of hand and the people in the area were being hurt, Xenovia decided to take up arms to redeem herself. she then stole experimental armor and went out to fight crime. Xenovia then found Sky laying face down next to a fire hydrant about to be jumped by Rioters. Xenovia then swooped in with her grenade launch and blasted the foes out of the way to save Sky. Sky was reluctant to accept Xenovia's apologies. But when Sky encounter the Parasite Geneva, she found out the truth that it was the parasite who killed her lover Alex, Not Xenovia. Xenovia caught wind of Sky's encounter then she made her way to where the two were. Xenovia's old hide out. Sky had been infected with the Parasite thus turning her into a human cocoon/Puppet. Once Xenovia with the help of both Blue Jacket and Cobalt, saved Azure from the Parasite. Ever Since that day their bond as friends came back to life. Xenovia then diced to make a name for herself as "Mondragon". While Azure was in temporary retirement, Mondragon had went to South American to Research an unknown origin of the name she chose. But this lead to another deity who was called "Mondragoness", A Dragon goddess who had started to terrorize the country out of spite that she had been sealed away for centuries. In a strange turn of events, The Goddess was turned into a mere astro projection and needed to be sealed again. Mondragon volunteered to be the vessel to hold mad goddess. But months later Mondragon came back to Denver only to find it being invaded by Aliens. In a fight with one of these aliens, The Goddess inside of her soul was trying to break out trying to torment Mondragon mentally during the fight. But thanks to the quick thinking out Cobalt, The goddess was silenced but her essence began to adapt to Mondragon's being. thus Changed her into humanoid dragon hybrid. Thanks to that new form, Mondragon defeated the Alien she was fighting. Meanwhile, Azure came out of retirement and became a new form of Sky to fight along side all the available heroes to stop the invasion which was one by Blue Jacket and Kaiser.EXE.

in 2039, The two had been a fighting team for years. Mondragon who is 59 and Sky who is 63 are still fighting crime. Because the biology of their bodies, the two don't age as much as normal. But everything soon changed when the law enforcer, WarLord Black, had passed a law to arrest anyone who started out as a vigilante despite the good things they have done through the years. This was a massive problem. Heroes by the hundred were being arrested, even ones that were retired and living their lives. those who resisted arrest were executed on the spot. Xenovia (Mondragon) feared for her life because she herself started as a vigilante and nobody knew that she was a villain at one point. Even with a slight immortality, WarLord's forces had the technology to kill super humans. No matter what, when Mondragon would save the day she always came close to be caught by Law Enforcers. Because of that, there are orders to kill her on sight. Mondragon started to just hide and not go out into the world. Sky, was unaffected by the Law because she had ties to the U.S. Military so it wouldn't look good to kill someone who had served the country was killed by this law. Sky talked Xenovia into going undercover to fight crime instead of wearing her body armor or going into dragon mode. Xenovia reluctantly agreed to do so. But things went for the worse. two years later, Xenovia got use to going out undercover. But she noticed that people were headed down town for something. She asked one of the civilians what was going on. The civilian told her that the Blue Jacket had been executed and WarLord Black was transporting his body. Xenovia followed the crowd of angry civilians to see if her friend's demise. Sky who was doing scout work from the rooftops found out some very horrifying news. She found out that WarLord Black has this plan to kill off an heroes who show up to see one of their own murdered. Sky didn't know that the murdered hero was Blue Jacket. Both Xenovia and Sky made it to where WarLord's hoards were holding Blue Jacket's body. Xenovia wanted to see if it was truly him. meanwhile on the opposite side of the area, Sky was keeping an eye out for any other heroes trying to sneak a peak of their fallen comrade. As Sky predicted , she saw one hero show up. Sky saw Xenovia sneaking around the tents. Sky tried to alert Xenovia but things went bad really quickly. Turns out, The hoard has been track any kind of signal close to the camp. Like a swarm of bees, WarLord's army stormed out and surrounded Xenovia. Sky knew what was next. All of those men were trained to recognize every hero without their mask. They already knew it was Xenovia.

The first bullet was fired and was headed straight for Xenovia, It seemed like it was the end of her. But something happended. Sky took the bullet straight in her chest. The Soldiers were shocked and afraid that they actually shock a general. So they all retreated, leaving her body in front of Xenovia. She stood there in fright of her long time friend slowly dying from the gun shot. Sky's Suit wasn't made to endure such weaponry. Sky looked up at Xenovia and joked about how 33 years ago was kind of like Deja vu. Xenovia tried to take Sky to safety but her wound was gushing blood too fast. Xenovia started crying but Sky was cheerful saying that out of all the things they've been through, this was the perfect end. Xenovia became overwhelmed with grief that she turned into Dragon mode, she lost control with tears. Sky lost conscienceless. Xenovia tried to keep her wake but was failing. stricken with grief she screamed out wishing if there was a way for Sky to stay alive. Then from shining blue light Cobalt appeared. He told her that theres away for two souls to fuse together to save one another's life and since their friendship was strong. It would work. Xenovia Agreed to do so as long as Sky lives. Cobalt then opened both Xenovia and Sky's souls. Cobalt instructed Xenovia to insert her hand into Sky Open soul while she inserts Sky's hand into hers.

Xenovia and Sky's eyes and mouth shot out beams of white light straight at each other. An aura of Light blue and Violet engulfed the two thus levitating them in the air. Sky's suit melted off of her then cover aura induced duo. the Violet colored sphere then manifested insignias of dragon markings and symbols of the wind. The Sphere then turned into a bright white fire ball then exploded. Cobalt nearly fell over from the force of the explosion. when the light went away, there was a single person on the ground kneeling. from the looks of the suit it looked similar to Sky's suit but it wasn't Violet and her red scarf was gone. There was characteristics of Xenovia's Mondragon Costume and Dragon Mode but more sleek plus less armor. Cobalt Walked over to the Mysterious Woman. Her hair was navy blue like Xenovia's but the bangs were kind of blue green like Sky. The Woman had Dragon Spikes on her shoulders and wing-blades on her forearms. She was trimmed in Gold that shined brightly. Her eyes were violet. Cobalt walked over to the woman and asked her was she Elizabeth Azure or Xenovia Riva. The woman stood up and looked at herself. Then she we played that she was them but does know what to called herself. The she looked beside herself straight at Cobalt and said that she knows that the skies above need a protector. Like a Dragon. Cobalt grew confused of what she meant by the metaphor. The Woman replied that Sky went by "The sky has no limits" and Mondragon had a powerful beast of blaze in her soul. The woman declared herself as "The SkyDragon".

SkyDragon asked Cobalt if Blue Jacket was actually dead. Cobalt reluctantly said it was a frightful truth. But He said the Blue Jacket Legacy is dead though. SkyDragon was shocked and confused. Cobalt explained that earlier he had started training The Blue Jacket's Daughter , Yasmin Liore, In all of the previous arts of being Blue Jacket. SkyDragon quick stopped Cobalt and said that she would like to teach her all the things her father learned from Sky. But In SkyDragon's mind she instantly remembered as Mondragon around the time Yasmin was born she would be her God Mother. Cobalt knew that both intentions of two different women turned into one would be a great start in training the rookie. Cobalt told SkyDragon that he would have to break the news that Sky and Mondragon were no more but became one person.
