OC BlackMonarch (2013)

In The wake of Alkartal Invasion, Black Monarch returns to Denver after a year of trying to find out who she really is. All that she knows is that her birth mother was from Long Beach, California but she found out that her father was a scientist who worked with both the US and Japan to create the perfect super soldier. She also found out that he special Siren-Monarchy ability (hums the song pf the Monarch to summon millions of Monarch butterflies to attack her enemies) was an Add-on ability that know one else new about but her father. Records said that when he botched countless Super Soldier projects both America and Japan wanted to make sure that he never saw the light of day from all the millions they wasted on him. But when they learned that one of his own projects were succeful they stoped at nothing to capture the woman who has conceived the super soldier project. Apparently Black Monarch's parents were on the run for 12 months. But as the months went by it was getting harder to hide from both governments because The Mother's belly was glowing an ominous aura of purple what would summon Monarch butterflies to surround her like a orbital shield. Because of this, it became nearly impossible to hide. The two were finally captured. The Father tried to break free but was killed on contact. The Mother was heavenly sedated and taken to a sub base near Cheyenne Mountain. The Scientist's there then extracted womb out of the mother thus killing her in the process. several days later the Scientists figure out how to clone this unborn child to have there own Super soldiers. But when Monarch was born, her DNA had a built in fail-safe that corrupts all SS traits from taken samples. So even though they couldn't clone her, they could use her for more missions in later years.

in 2006, a 17 year old Code Named "Monarch" was trained by both US and Japanese Governments to be an on call assassin to call off loose ends of other government projects. But when Monarch learned about a project with her name involved from a person she was sent to kill. She began to defect. She began to resist all might control tactics used to keep her in control. Then in 2011 she broke loose went found another person involved with her creation. But when the government found out they ordered her to be captured and do want is possible to take the thought from her mind. Government had enlisted the help of a lackluster mercenary group to track her down. The Presque group under the command of Xenovia Riva (classic villain) was hired to obtain Monarch and use their technology to erase her mind completely to rewrite to a new purpose. Around the time Blue Jacket had his first run in with Xenovia, He released her but she had already lost the information she had learned. All she knew was she was captured and she knew how to fight with blades. Ever Since she has been fighting the good fight since her release.

Now, since she retraced her leads and obtained info on her birth. She is now ready to start a normal life.......well at least until the Alkartal return to earth with reinforcements.
